Construction of New showroom for established Motorcycle dealer in Peterborough ‘Webbs of Peterborough’ on new prime development site adjacent main arterial road network.

New building has over 800m2 of showroom plus offices, workshop & parts dept.

Overall plot size is over 2,500m2

With external landscaping, service road to Enclosed rear yard and over 30 parking spaces for  

Motorcycles and 20 spaces for car parking

Steel frame erection starting:   04/04/16

Internal fit out commenced:  16/05/16

I  undertook project at short notice November 2015  and  had to redesign whole project  due to previous designs being uneconomic to  build for client and still complete project by end of June 2016 No mean feat!!

I  workied closely with local contractor Barnack UK Ltd. To achieve this And renowned Designers ‘Intertech Media UK Ltd’ to implement specific brand identity requirements of ‘Triumph’ and ‘Yamaha’ to the showrooms.
